Over the years, the number of persons on the autism spectrum ARC(S) served had increased. To continue to create more job opportunities for those not in open employment, ARC(S) entered the space of social enterprises with the setting up of The Art Faculty Ltd and Prof Brawn Ltd.
Besides creating job opportunities, ARC(S) hopes to promote different abilities and special talents through these social enterprises.
The Art Faculty (“TAF”) is a social enterprise that retails artwork and merchandise created from the special talent of people on the autism spectrum and related challenges.
For every sale of artwork and merchandise of artwork and product, our differently-abled artists earn royalties, and also learn about the value of work and financial independence. TAF also collaborates with brands, retailers, organisations, social enterprises and art practitioners to maximise the potential and showcase the talents of artists with special needs.
