Employability and Employment Centre (E2C) is the first autism-focused centre in Singapore that provides a structured programme for job training and job placement for youths and adults on the autism spectrum aged 16 and above. The programme offers job assessment, employability training, job placement and job support services.
The centre also offers services for employers who are interested in hiring people on the spectrum in their companies. It helps employers redesign jobs to fit the strengths of potential employees and provides support to employers in the hiring process. Over the years, E2C has a growing stable of close to 40 employer partners across different industries and sectors.

New job developments were established with the following new employers during the year
Through a successful collaboration with Ensign Infosecurity, E2C made its first foray into the cybersecurity industry. Three clients were hired as Associate Engineers. Another batch of four clients will commence training in May 2022.
E2C tapped on the growing urban farming sector through a collaboration with Sustenir Agriculture which uses modern technologies in growing and harvesting their crops. Three clients were hired to work in the company.
